We are seeking an experienced F&B Director to join our 5* hotel in City Bowl, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role and environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service and profitability
- Develop and implement menus, promotions, and events to drive sales and revenue growth
- Lead a team of chefs, servers, and other support staff to achieve business objectives
