About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Personal Assistant to join our team in Randburg. As a key support member, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our operations, providing exceptional administrative support, and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet management, including booking vehicle services and managing license disc renewals
- Online banking via Standard Bank (loading payments, salaries, and processing POP documentation)
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel for dealer order forms and supplier orders
- Marketing support, including emailing dealer order forms
- General filing and document management
- Data capturing and database updates
- Managing correspondence via Microsoft Outlook
- Providing personal assistant support to the Director
- Compiling weekly sales representative reports on dealer visits
- Ordering monthly stationery and groceries
