About the Role
As a Host I Duty Manager at Craven Cottage CC, you will play a vital role in upholding our brand standards across all operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for providing feedback to the General Manager, ensuring health and safety practices are adhered to, and creating innovative guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold and enhance brand standards across all operations
- Provide feedback to the General Manager
- Ensure that health & safety practices are adhered to
- Conduct guest F&B feedback audits and reports
- Create and execute innovative guest experiences
- Foster positive guest interactions and proactively address guest needs
- Assist with F&B duties on an ad hoc basis
- Maintain ambience and atmosphere throughout the property
- Ensure all team members are competent, trained, and supported
- Motivate and guide staff duties
- Perform staff reviews
- Develop and manage staff KPIs
- Manage and control operational stock
- Monitor and review operating costs
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Diploma in Hotel Management, or other related fields
- At least 2+ years of experience in a luxury Hotel Manager role
- Demonstrated previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment
- Ability to improve Operational service effectiveness and efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera & ESS
