Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven CRM Executive to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, building strong relationships, and helping grow business accounts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–6 years’ experience in CRM, customer service, or marketing.
  • Experience in logistics or e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management.
  • Speak and Write Afrikaans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).

Purpose of the Role:

You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, improving customer satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities within customer accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Meet sales targets and business objectives.
  • Support and coordinate service delivery to clients.
