About the Role
Our client, a well-established organisation operating within the automotive spare parts industry, is seeking to employ an experienced Internal Salesman to join their team based in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers, resolving queries, and processing sales orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the range and sell products to walk-in and call-in customers
- Promote products and upsell to customers
- Call customers and resolve their queries
- Help process and follow up on sales orders
- Order and follow up on stock deliveries
- Track market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Matric
- Any relevant degree/diploma advantageous
- 3 years Automotive Spare Parts sales experience essential
- Commercial Automotive experience beneficial
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Knowledge about the spare parts of the passenger vehicles, light, medium and/or heavy duty vehicle
- Automotive spare parts knowledge
- Basic Electrical Automotive knowledge on light, medium and/or heavy-duty vehicles
- Active listening skill
- Interpersonal skills
