About the Role
Pro-Match Recruitment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technician to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation, servicing, and maintenance of weighing equipment, as well as providing on-site support to clients when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, servicing, and maintenance of weighing equipment
- Support fault-finding and basic repairs on technical systems
- Perform routine inspections and ensure equipment is functioning correctly
- Provide on-site support to clients when required
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Adhere to safety standards and operational procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and independently when required
Requirements
- Basic technical knowledge (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
- Good work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role. Full training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and a commitment to growth within a technical environment.
