Job Description
- Essential: Matric qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Essential: Prior experience as a sales coordinator or in administration.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
- Essential: Sage Evolution.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Support Sales Representatives and Managers by addressing their queries and inquiries.
- Process all Sales Orders promptly within one day of receipt.
- Issue quotes within two days of receiving the request.
- Assist in compiling Tenders.
- Ensure accurate categorisation of Sales on Sage Evolution.
- Handle customer inquiries and visits in person or via phone.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of PM’s products and services.
- Provide weekly Sales Order Received values every Monday for the previous week.
- Collaborate with Operations to schedule product deliveries (backorders) to customers.
- Prepare Waybills for dispatched products.
- Review and follow up on Backorders for customers, coordinating with production to meet customer expectations.
- Participate in Marketing activities, campaigns, and activations as needed.
