A well-established consulting and compliance business based in WELLINGTON is seeking a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support senior staff in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Providing administrative support to senior staff;2. Preparing, compiling and organising documentation;3. Completing data-gathering sheets and maintaining records;4. Assisting with B-BBEE verification and compliance-related administration;5. Managing professional communication with clients via telephone and email;6. General office administration and support.Requirements:1. Fluent in English and Afrikaans;2. Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills;3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;4. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines;5. Previous administrative experience will be advantageous;6. Experience with OneDrive, Trello or similar platforms will be advantageous;7.
