About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and guest-focused individual to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality as a Reservations / Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, guest communication, administrative support, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of bookings and operational processes in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all guest reservations, enquiries, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
- Handle guest communication professionally via email and telephone
- Maintain accurate reservation records and administrative systems
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and general financial administration
- Coordinate with operational departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Prepare reports, documentation, and general office administration
- Ensure all guest information and booking details are captured accurately
- Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain high levels of organisation, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Assist with supplier communication and procurement administration where required
Requirements
- Previous reservations and/or hospitality administration experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Professional, well-presented, and guest-service orientated
- Must have own reliable transport

Salary & Benefits
Salary: R15,000 – R18,000 per month depending on experience. A small bachelor flat in town consisting of 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette is available for the successful candidate if required.
