About the Role

The Enterprise Delivery Systems Architect will be responsible for leading the architectural design, governance and migration strategy for the organisation’s enterprise delivery ecosystem, with a strong focus on consolidating portfolio-level strategic visibility, delivery governance and enterprise reporting capability into Targetprocess.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the enterprise architecture and migration strategy for consolidating portfolio-level strategic visibility, governance and enterprise reporting capability into Targetprocess.
  • Assess the current delivery tooling landscape, including Jira Data Center, Jira Cloud Enterprise, Jira Plans, Targetprocess and related reporting and governance platforms.
  • Define the future-state Targetprocess operating model across portfolios, value streams, programmes, products, enterprise initiatives and executive reporting layers.
  • Establish the required integration boundaries between Targetprocess and Jira Cloud Enterprise.
  • Design Targetprocess migration principles, data structures, hierarchy models, workflows, governance rules and reporting frameworks.
  • Identify migration risks, dependencies, data quality issues, adoption challenges, reporting gaps and integration requirements.
  • Ensure the Targetprocess migration reduces delivery friction and avoids creating duplicated administrative effort for teams working in Jira Cloud Enterprise.
  • Partner with delivery, product, portfolio, engineering, architecture, governance and executive stakeholders to ensure the migration is practical, scalable and aligned to business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Senior architect experience with enterprise agile delivery, platform migration, delivery telemetry, reporting integrity, governance design and cross-platform integration architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Targetprocess and Jira Cloud Enterprise platforms.
  • Experience with portfolio-level strategic visibility, delivery governance and enterprise reporting capability.
  • Ability to operate across multiple technology domains.

Qualifications

  • Formal education in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Bachelor’s degree).
  • Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, or Agile methodologies.
