These opportunities are aimed at polished, highly accomplished restaurant professionals who have built their careers in premium, high-volume, luxury dining environments. Successful candidates will be joining one of Cape Town’s most respected hospitality groups, known for its exceptional locations, elevated guest experience, and commitment to appointing only the best in the industry. The Candidates We Are Looking For • You are a career restaurant professional with a proven reputation for excellence. • You understand luxury service, premium clientele, strong team leadership, operational discipline, and the importance of delivering a consistently exceptional guest experience. Whether you are leading the full restaurant operation as a General Manager or driving service excellence on the floor as a Floor Manager, you will be expected to uphold the standards of a premium hospitality brand. Minimum Requirements • Matric essential • Further hospitality, business, or management studies will be highly advantageous • Proven restaurant management experience in a 4-star, 5-star, luxury, or premium dining environment • Senior restaurant management experience required for General Manager roles • Strong Front-of-House operational knowledge • Sound understanding of Back-of-House coordination and restaurant service flow • Excellent staff leadership, training, and performance management ability • Strong guest relations skills, with the ability to manage premium clientele professionally • Commercial awareness, including an understanding of cost control, revenue performance, and operational standards • Ability to manage high-pressure service environments with composure and authority • Valid driver’s licence and own transport are non-negotiable Key Responsibilities • Lead and support daily restaurant operations to the highest standard • Maintain exceptional service levels across all guest touchpoints • Manage, motivate, and develop restaurant teams • Oversee Front-of-House service delivery and floor operations • Support strong coordination between Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams • Drive operational efficiency, service consistency, and brand standards • Assist with revenue performance, cost control, and profitability targets where applicable • Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and internal stakeholders • Handle escalated guest matters with professionalism and discretion • Ensure the restaurant is fully prepared for peak trade periods and high-season demand • Uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence, sophistication, and premium service Why These Opportunities Stand Out • This is an opportunity to join a hospitality group regarded for its premium locations, strong brand presence, and exceptional operating standards.
