About the Role

Hire Resolve’s Client is currently looking for an experienced HRD Practitioner to join their mining company in North-West. You will be responsible for coordinating training and development activities to support compliance, employee growth and organisational capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer training and development initiatives in line with organisational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant HR and training legislation and standards.
  • Maintain accurate training records and support audit and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate learnerships, apprenticeships and skills development programmes.
  • Support HR and operational teams on training and development matters.
  • Contribute to employee development and organisational skills capacity.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality and company policies.

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • National Diploma or Degree in HRD or related
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HRD Practitioner within the mining industry
  • Experience with training administration, reporting, and coordination of development programmes
  • Valid Driver’s License
