About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer: Employee Relations to join our team at Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, Labour Relations, and employee relations, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations and labour disputes
  • Implement company policies and procedures
  • Conduct counselling and conflict resolution
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of labour legislation and ER practices
  • Liaise with management and employees to resolve issues

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) certificate
  • 3 years National Diploma / Bachelor’s degree, at NQF level 7 (old NQF level 6), in Human Resources, Labour Relations or related field
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office Package and SAP HR)
  • Knowledge of company policies, Labour legislation and ER practices

Qualifications

  • Valid Medical Certificate or be medically fit
