About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Sales Specialist to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, responsible for driving business growth through strategic e-commerce development and operational implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of doubling annual sales and possess a strong industry passion for e-commerce, preferably in the garden or home improvement sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies with leadership
  • Execute operational implementation across all channels
  • Sourcing new e-commerce partners
  • Managing and growing existing retail partnerships
  • Designing and executing successful E-Com PPC strategies to drive traffic and conversions

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of e-commerce experience in consumer goods
  • Demonstrated ability to double annual sales
  • Strong business development skills
  • Practical experience with E-Com PPC strategies
