About the Role
The Feature Analyst III (Intermediate – Senior) is a contract role that requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent collaboration skills to drive product outcomes and ensure end-to-end alignment. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Designers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of requirements for completion and alignment
- Document and manage requirements throughout the life of the project
- Coordinate the verification of the end deliverable
- Elicit complex business requirements using a variety of methods
- Interpret the business need and identify solution recommendations to business problems
- Conduct feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective
- Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues
- Manage the delivery of feasibility and assessment work for proposed and current projects
- Create and maintain complex technical and/or user documentation
- Promote a culture of innovation by creating solutions that boost creativity, innovation, and collaboration
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into functional specifications
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Experience in requirements management, project and program management, and business analysis
- Ability to elicit complex business requirements using various methods
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology)
- Relevant experience in feature analysis, business analysis, or a related field
- Certification in Agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum Master) is an asset
Salary & Benefits
Salary range: R800 000 – R1 200 000 per annum, depending on experience.
