The business operates across distribution and trading, providing essential products and solutions to a broad client base. As the Finance leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, strategic decision-making, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full finance function with commercial accountability Drive financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support operational and strategic objectives Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring Ensure compliance and maintain robust internal controls Partner with operational teams across distribution, trading, or manufacturing function Job Experience and Skills Required: Qualified CA(SA) with 5 – 6 years post-articles experience, ideally with the majority in a Financial Controller role Commercial experience within distribution, trading, logistics, or manufacturing environments Strong analytical and strategic mindset, able to translate numbers into business insight Confident, decisive, and able to influence at all levels of the business Advanced Excel and financial systems skills Apply now!
