Role Overview The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making and business growth. The role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, reporting, and performance management while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and corporate reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Forecasting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated 3-year strategic business plans Assist in setting and achieving long-term financial targets Develop and maintain robust financial planning and forecasting models Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Submit financial plans and forecasts for consolidation and reporting purposes Financial Reporting & Analysis Manage monthly and quarterly financial close procedures Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis reports Analyse key financial risks and opportunities to support business decision-making Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts Prepare executive reporting packs and presentations for senior leadership Business Partnering Provide financial guidance and support to operational and functional teams Review submissions from stakeholders and identify key financial concerns Support leadership teams in managing key performance indicators and business objectives Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Treasury, and Tax functions Projects & Continuous Improvement Lead financial analysis for strategic projects and business initiatives Develop valuation and financial models to support investment decisions Drive best practices across planning, reporting, and financial management processes Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and business performance Key Competencies Strategic thinking and strong analytical capability Commercial acumen Strong financial modelling and reporting skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Stakeholder management and relationship building Strong planning and organisational skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively Results-driven with strong accountability Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
