About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Key Account Manager / Fleet Sales Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in truck sales, commercial vehicle products, and customer service best practices, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Annual Sales Targets
- Deliver on sales goals within assigned region and industry verticals
- Build Client Database
- Collect, maintain, and update key account information
- Conduct visits, identify client needs, and expand sales channels
- Dealer Enablement and Training
- Support dealers in acquiring and servicing key accounts
- Deliver training on products, client development, and marketing strategies
Requirements
- National certificate or higher
- Minimum 5 years in truck sales
- Solid understanding of commercial vehicle products
- South Africa market knowledge
- Financial instruments expertise
- Customer service best practices familiarity
- Team leadership exposure
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain corporate client loyalty
