Job Description

In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy, leveraging analytics to optimise collections performance, enhance payment success rates, and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies across the business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Risk, Finance, Technology, and Data teams, playing a key role in shaping and improving business processes through actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Analysing collections and payment performance to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities. Developing meaningful dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support business decision-making. Driving the optimisation of collection and payment strategies through testing, analysis, and continuous improvement. Identifying process inefficiencies and implementing data-driven solutions to improve operational performance. Supporting automation and system enhancement initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects and business improvements. Presenting insights and recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership teams. Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and operational best practices. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Business Intelligence, Analytics, Collections, Payments, or Financial Operations environment. Proven track record of leveraging data to improve business performance and operational outcomes. Experience developing and refining collection, payment, or operational strategies. Exposure to financial services, lending, credit, fintech, or payments environments will be highly advantageous Skills: Advanced SQL skills. Strong experience with reporting and business intelligence tools. Experience working with large, complex datasets. Exposure to APIs, data integrations, and automated processes.
