About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager/Administrator to join our dynamic team based in Cape Town city centre. As an Executive-level administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our senior executives and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM updates
- Various admin checks and typing of documents
- Scheduling of complicated diaries – different time zones
- Executive communication via email
- PA assistance to one Director
- Hands-on with various Ventor forms and documentation
- Travel arrangements
- Events / Lunch / Gifts ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Working experience supporting an executive team
- Matric
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational abilities
- Deadline and out-put driven
- Reliable and accountable for delivering tasks on time
- Professional at all times
- Ability to work with clients discreetly at senior executive level
