About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Release Train Engineer to lead Agile delivery initiatives within our complex enterprise environment. As a key member of our team, you will facilitate and optimize Agile Release Train (ART) delivery and value flow, while coaching teams on Agile best practices and managing risks across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and optimise Agile Release Train (ART) delivery and value flow
  • Lead PI Planning, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt workshops, System Demos, and Agile ceremonies
  • Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe best practices
  • Manage risks, dependencies, impediments, and escalation processes across teams
  • Align business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Monitor delivery metrics, reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support Agile transformation, DevOps, and Continuous Delivery practices
  • Drive collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders within complex enterprise environments

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification
  • Leading SAFe or SAFe for Teams Certification
  • 6 years experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Programme Manager, or Project Manager within enterprise technology environments
