About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SEO Assistant to join our Marketing Department in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our team, you will support our SEO specialist in maintaining and improving the search engine performance of multiple international brand websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify optimization opportunities for website improvement
- Fix website errors to enhance traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates
- Conduct monthly reporting on website performance
- Perform keyword research to inform content strategy
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques
- Maintain technical website maintenance
Requirements
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and optimization techniques
- Experience with keyword research tools and analysis software
- Familiarity with website maintenance and troubleshooting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Formal education in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Bachelor’s degree)

- Competitive salary range: R400 000 – R550 000 per annum
