We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dealer Principal who is looking for a new challenge in Cape Town

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the dealership including staff.
• Monitor sales and other areas of the dealership and ensure profitability of all departments.
• Maintain and increase market penetration.
• Improve stock turnover.
• Increase sales.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity as Dealer Principal or General Manager
• Knowledge of Commercial vehicles, Trucks or Electric vehicles will be beneficial
• Experience with a corporate dealership.
• Solid track reference and excellent management skills.
• Ability to ensure profitable business.
• Clear criminal record.
• Tertiary education and management training beneficial.
