About the Role
A well-established and growing logistics business is seeking a Key Accounts Controller to support the servicing and administration of key client accounts within a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound queries from existing key account clients relating to:
- Pricing and quotes
- Service availability
- Delivery and operational queries
- Assist with the preparation and tracking of client quotes using rate cards and approved pricing structures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and CRM data
- Follow up on outstanding queries, quotes, and service-related matters
- Escalate non-standard requests or complex issues appropriately
Requirements
35 years experience in a customer service, internal sales support, or account administration role within logistics, freight, warehousing, or distribution
Proven experience working with:
- Pricing structures, quotes, or rate cards
- Operational or service-related customer queries (not sales campaigns)
Strong administrative capability with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and organised manner
Professional communication skills, particularly in handling client queries calmly and efficiently
