About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Laser Machine Operator with CNC experience to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining laser cutting machines to produce high-quality components in line with production requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate laser cutting machines and CNC equipment
  • Interpret technical drawings and job specifications
  • Ensure accurate cutting, shaping, and finishing of materials
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work closely with the production and quality teams to meet deadlines

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating laser cutting machines
  • CNC machining experience (essential)
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering/technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required

Advantageous:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Knowledge of different materials (e.g., steel, aluminium)
  • Relevant technical qualification or certification
