About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Systems Manager to join our dynamic FMCG Food Production team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and food safety standards compliance through the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality systems
- Lead audits and investigations to ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor supplier and process performance to maintain high standards
- Support training and administrative duties such as report writing and budget management
Requirements
- Food Technology or Science degree or diploma qualification
- 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing or bakery environment
- Understanding of Quality Assurance and Food Safety Standards
- Knowledge of SAP advantageous
