RELATIONSHIP & SALES CONSULTANT – SKINCARE BRANDS
CAPE TOWN & SURROUNDS (incl. CBD, Cape Winelands & Cape Whale Coast) | W-CAPE – South Africa
START: 01 May 2026 / ASAP
REPORT TO: Sales HOD
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday (includes in-office days & on the road)
- 08:00 – 17:00
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R17,000+ BASIC Salary per month (Based on the desired experience in sales)

- Product Allocation (5x products per month)
- Sales Commission
- Annual incentives – at discretion of company’s senior management based on overall performance
- Travel / Overnight stay allowance (company expense)
- 21 Days Annual Leave per annum
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Applicable Diploma in Beauty / Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc.
- On the road / B2B sales experience within Skin Care (minimum 3+ years) – this is essential
- Professional English command (read, write and speak)
- Sales driven – this is an active portfolio and the onus is on you to generate the sales and maintain the stockists
- Business savvy with proficiency and confidence working on sales apps & Computer literate and proficient in Ms Office (Excel, Outlook & Word)
- Own car with insurance and valid driver license is required as you will be traveling – non. negotiable
- Ability to travel to CBD, Cape Winelands and Cape Whale Coast
- Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally
- Solid understanding of Skin Care and regulatory requirements and restrictions
