Job Description
A leading retail company situated in Cape Town is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Supply Planner to join their team.
The successful incumbent for this position will be responsible for:
- Planning seasonal sales budget by category
- Planning sales/stock/intake by week by category
- Producing an assortment plan
- Controlling overall department margin
- Planning promotions and markdowns
- Generating and analysing weekly stand still
- Managing store stock and allocations to stores
- Determining store stock requirements and control stock levels to achieve sales targets
- Monitoring intake & control deliveries
- Developing knowledge of & react to slow/fast sellers
Key requirements:
- BCom degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 3 years experience in a similar position and industry.
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- SAP
