About the Role
Prexoz Engineering, a leading Installation and Maintenance Contractor specialising in Commercial and Industrial Mechanical (HVAC & Refrigeration) and Electrical systems, is seeking an experienced Project Technician to join our team. As a Project Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the project delivery process from proposal to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse Mechanical (HVAC) and Electrical Scope, drawings and specifications from client for proposal
- Perform design calculations for equipment and systems
- Select Equipment and material for use
- Draft and complete drawings/ sketch on CAD/Autodesk
- Compile Method statements for critical work/ projects, Quality documents and work procedures
- Review maintenance and project pricing for works
- Develop and Manage scope for subcontractors on site
- Plan, review and monitor, inspect work, testing and commissioning of work on site
- Prepare billing for work in progress as per milestones
- Compile project close out documentation & service reports
