Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of hospital clients.
- Coordinate and book nurses into available shifts based on client requirements.
- Ensure shifts are filled efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and nursing staff.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support business development initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and ensure clear communication with both clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with operational and staffing processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager with Temporary Employment Services (TES) experience (preferably in healthcare staffing or a similar environment).
- Strong sales, client management, and business development skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (essential due to the client base).
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
