Key Responsibilities
General Cleaning Tasks:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt and debris.
Dust surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and fixtures, to eliminate allergens and maintain a clean appearance.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
Sanitization:
Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures, to ensure hygiene standards are met.
Sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops to prevent the spread of germs.
Specialized Cleaning:
Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, and floor waxing, as needed.
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions.
Maintenance and Reporting:
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to supervisors promptly.
Adherence to Safety Standards:
Follow safety protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Maintain awareness of health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
