Job Description
Our Client are seeking Candidate Quantity Surveyors to join our team.
No prior work experience is required; however, candidates must meet the academic and qualification criteria below.
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying – completed.
- A strong academic record with consistently good results.
- Willingness to learn, develop professionally, and work within a project-driven environment.
- Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work methodically.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior quantity surveyors with measurements, cost estimates and tender documentation.
- Support with procurement processes, contractor evaluations and bill of quantities preparation.
- Conduct site visits and assist with progress reporting.
- Help maintain project cost control, valuations, and payment certificates.
Perform administrative support tasks as required within the QS team.
