Key Responsibilities:

Design & Drafting: Prepare compliant fire protection system designs tailored to tender requirements.

Hydraulic Calculations: Accurately determine pipe sizing for sprinkler systems.

Site Assessments: Conduct flow tests, site surveys, and detailed measurements.

Documentation: Produce drawings, fabrication lists (with pricing and stock info), O&M manuals, and ASIB documentation.

Client Liaison: Work closely with consultants and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

General Duties: Tackle additional tasks as directed by management.
What Youll Need to Succeed:

Education: Relevant qualification in drafting or mechanical engineering (ASIB certification is a plus).

Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a draughtsman, ideally with fire protection systems.

Technical Skills:

Strong Revit skills (highly advantageous).

Competence in performing hydraulic calculations.
