About the Role
RedCat Recruitment is seeking a Junior Human Resources Assistant for a well-established concern based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of renewal to permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the administration of new joiners and terminations
- Compile and generate reports
- Schedule internal and external training
- Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling of interviews
- Maintain employee files, including updating and maintaining employee files
- Verify overtime and leave before processing to payroll
- Provide assistance with other human resources administration as required
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Degree in Human Resources Management
- Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email/Internet)
- 2-3 years experience in Human Resources Management
- English speaking person (person must be able to speak, read, and write English competently)
