About the Role
As a Quality Engineer at Staff Solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will be responsible for driving problem-solving activities, controlling nonconforming products, and maintaining accurate quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that quality standards and requirements are met.
- Drive problem solving activities in response to customer complaints.
- Control nonconforming products.
- Ensure product requalification is conducted according to the customer requirements.
- Create and maintain quality documentation.
- Ensure that all quality measuring equipment is calibrated.
- Ensure all quality lab requirements are conducted according to the company procedure.
- Support compliance to IATF 16949.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Critical)
- Process Auditing (VDA 6.3)
- Core Tools
- SPC & MSA
- Diploma/BSC in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 2 years’ experience in a similar field.
- 1 year experience within the quality control lab.
