Job Description

Responsibilities
Pick products from warehouse shelves accurately according to order pick lists or RF scanner instructions
Verify product codes, quantities, and descriptions against the order before packing
Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit
Label packages with correct shipping information, barcodes, and handling instructions
Organise packed orders on pallets or in dispatch areas according to delivery routes
Operate pallet jacks and hand trolleys to move stock within the warehouse safely
Assist with receiving incoming stock, checking deliveries against purchase orders, and putting stock away
Participate in stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits as required
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in the picking and packing areas
Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards above 99%
Report any damaged, missing, or incorrectly labelled stock to the warehouse supervisor
