About the Role
We are seeking experienced Sales Representatives to join our team in Durban and Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of facilities management services to potential clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the facilities management sector.
- Cross sell and upsell existing services to clients.
- Present and demonstrate company service offerings to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in facilities management or related industries (required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
- Able to travel when required.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in email and Microsoft Office.
