About the Role

We are seeking experienced Sales Representatives to join our team in Durban and Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of facilities management services to potential clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the facilities management sector.
  • Cross sell and upsell existing services to clients.
  • Present and demonstrate company service offerings to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in facilities management or related industries (required).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
  • Able to travel when required.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in email and Microsoft Office.
