KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Sales & Account Management

• Manage and grow key retail accounts while identifying new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with buyers and deliver exceptional service
• Present seasonal ranges and manage retail assortments
• Ensure accurate costing, healthy margins, and achievement of sales targets
• Coordinate product development to maximise order opportunities
• Interpret briefs and manage client requirements effectively

? Procurement

• Source and manage fabrics, including strategic fabric banks
• Approve bulk fabric submissions, shading, and mill readiness
• Oversee trims procurement for accuracy, timing, and cost efficiency

? Administration & Operations

• Load and manage briefs/orders on internal systems
• Coordinate artworks, colour approvals, fits, and seals
• Maintain accurate scheduling and workflow tracking
• Ensure daily system updates and client follow-ups

General

• Support operational requirements where needed
• Maintain strong organisation and documentation standards
• Work overtime when required to meet deadlines
