Durban: Tree Surgeons / Tree Climbers – Ireland posted by Worldwide Staffing

• Minimum NPTC chainsaw tickets:CS30, CS31, CS38 & CS39 (or equivalent recognised certification)
• Full clean driving licence
• HGV licence C or higher (distinct advantage)
• Proven experience in tree surgery operations and climbing techniques
• Ability to perform aerial rescue competently
• Willingness to work shifts (daytime & nighttime) across regional Ireland
• Valid passport and ability to relocate (company assists with sponsorship/work permit where eligible)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform all tree surgery activities as directed by the crew leader
• Tree climbing and aerial rescue
• Tree surgery groundwork, pruning, and removal
• Largescale site clearance
• Operate machinery and powered equipment
• Drive company vehicles (if licenced)
• Adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies
• Communicate effectively with all crew members and the crew leader
• Report for duty at designated location on time each day

• Safe completion of daily tree surgery tasks without incident
• Consistency and quality of climbing, pruning, and removal techniques
• Adherence to safety policies and correct use of PPE
• Punctuality and reliability
• Positive team communication and willingness to upskill
