About the Role
Kempston Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Event Coordinator to join our team in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, conducting market research, and analyzing data to inform strategies. Additionally, they will coordinate events, promote bar services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing and branding campaigns
- Oversee the company’s presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Conduct in-depth market research to inform strategies
- Manage the marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI)
- Analyze data from campaigns and social media engagement to refine marketing approaches
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field – or equivalent experience or training
- Demonstrable expertise in marketing management (for example, through successful campaigns or a strong digital presence)
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies
- Competency in marketing automation technology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry
