About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead our operational activities in the Eastern Cape region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that sales and merchandising standards are consistently met to optimise client product availability and representation in retail and wholesale outlets. This role requires a strong focus on driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and supporting the company’s growth and profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve sales and merchandising targets
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, ensuring high standards across synergised service operations
- Manage large, distributed teams and work closely with retail and wholesale partners across large areas
- Drive customer and stakeholder engagement to build strong relationships and improve client satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team development and management
Requirements
- National certificate in business administration, Retail Operations Management, or equivalent qualification
- 2 years of experience in operations within the retail and wholesale sector
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, sales, and merchandising excellence in a complex, fast-paced environment
