About the Role
Join Our Team: We are seeking tech-savvy, retail-driven individuals with strong communication skills to join our Integrated Retail team as Casual Sales Consultants in our vibrant concession store, based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. As a Store-in-Store Consultant, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest Apple technology and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Showcase cutting-edge Apple products and services
- Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless operations
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards
- Exceed store targets and contribute to efficient retail operations
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing retail experience (electronics preferred)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in POS systems, Syspro, and iOS is beneficial
- Strong understanding of retail operations and stock management principles
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
Salary & Benefits
Scheduled shifts (approximately 108 hours per month), with retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, according to shift.
