Key responsibilities • Identify and secure new business opportunities across distribution and contract logistics services. • Develop, manage, and maintain a qualified sales pipeline to support consistent business growth. • Drive revenue growth in line with the company’s strategic and commercial objectives. • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within the existing client base and maximise account value. • Track sales targets, conduct accurate pipeline forecasting, and provide strategic feedback to the leadership team. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth areas and strategic partnerships. • Lead RFQ/RFP processes and commercial negotiations. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. • Strengthen the company’s presence in key industry sectors. Requirements • Education: Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Experience: 5 -10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and WMS. • Competencies: Relentless drive, exceptional negotiation abilities, and high emotional intelligence (EQ). • Compliance: Valid Driver’s License and reliable own transport (essential for client meetings).
