About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator Costing at our Mercedes Benz Bedfordview dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately calculating and tracking the cost of goods and services within our organization, working collaboratively with various teams to drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate and track the cost of goods and services within the organization
- Analyze cost data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Prepare and maintain cost reports for management review
- Collaborate with purchasing, production, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost data in the company’s systems
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in costing or financial analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field
