About the Role

We are seeking a Help Desk Agent to join our team in Pretoria, providing first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and remote assistance. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and remote assistance
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
