About the Role

As a Channel Manager at RecruiTech, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of our national partner/counter network. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth and performance of the national partner/counter network
  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic retail and agent partners
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, SLAs, pricing structures, and performance terms
  • Monitor operational performance, service quality, and customer experience across the network
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost-to-serve improvements
  • Implement and manage SOPs, compliance standards, and operational controls
  • Conduct partner performance reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Customer teams to optimize network performance
  • Analyze operational and commercial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Ensure effective cash handling, reconciliation, and risk management processes
  • Support technology integration, reporting visibility, and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within Road Freight, Logistics, Channel Management, Retail Operations, or Last-Mile Distribution
  • Proven experience managing partner/vendor/channel networks
  • Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing operational performance, service delivery, and SLA adherence
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, customer experience, and network optimization
  • Financial and commercial acumen with exposure to pricing, costing, and margin management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting ability
  • Exposure to POS systems, logistics technology, scanning systems, or operational integrations advantageous
  • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle essential
