About the Role
The Costing & Pricing Administrator role at Execustaff South Africa (Pty) Ltd involves supporting the management team in achieving strategic objectives, while also ensuring adherence to Company Policies and effective communication skills are utilized.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic objectives of the company are understood and assist management in meeting them
- Actively assist in the monitoring of and adherence to Company Policies
- Effective and efficient communication skills
- Actively assist immediate manager in writing and implementing Work Instructions in line with QMS
- Examines records – Purchase Order pricing, Bill of Materials, to determine unit/item cost used in calculations
- Compiles production or unit costs total basis for the different Departments & for the Sales Price List
- Calculates individual items, material, and time costs, relationship of sales or revenues to cost, and overhead expenditures
- Prepares reports showing total cost, selling prices, or rates profits Job Costing
- Processing of documentation
- Improve on the ERP Costing System through development with our software Company

- Highly numerate
