• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical systems design, installation, and testing within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of electrical standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Experience with controls systems, PLCs, and automation technologies
• Proficiency in electrical design software and MS Office tools
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage Technical teams
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems and components advantageous
• Understanding of P&IDs and technical drawings

Responsibilities:

• Define & maintain electrical & controls specifications for all manufactured equipment
• Ensure that all equipment manufactured meets electrical and controls specifications, installation standards, and testing requirements
• Oversee installation and commissioning processes to ensure compliance with engineering principles and electrical standards
• Develop and enforce testing protocols for electrical systems and controls to guarantee safety and functionality
• Ensure adherence to national and international electrical regulations and standards
• Collaborate with Mechanical and Product Engineering teams to integrate electrical requirements into overall system design
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during manufacturing and assembly
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for electrical design, installation, and testing processes
• Maintain documentation and ensure traceability for all electrical components and systems
