About the Role

We are urgently seeking experienced Field Agents/Managers to join our team in East London and nationwide. As a Field Agent/Manager with Sales Force, you will have the opportunity to build your own team, grow your business, and increase your income.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets to achieve on-target earnings of R10,000+
• Build relationships with clients to provide excellent customer service
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client base
• Manage a team of Field Agents/Managers (if applicable)
• Conduct car insurance, tracker, debt review, credit clearance, funeral plans, and VASO presentations

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
• No formal experience required (training provided)
