About the Role
The Hiring House is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the organization
- Provide administrative support to senior management and staff
- Ensure compliance with Pension Fund Rules, Income Tax Act, Divorce Act, Pension Funds Act, Child Care Act, Marriage Act, Recognition of Customary Marriage Act, and Mental Health Act
- Administer benefits and manage member data
- Allocate death benefit lump sums in accordance with Section 37 (C) of the Law
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree NQF Level 7
- Registered with professional bodies – where applicable
- At least 6 years job-related experience, preferably in a pension administration managerial role
- Analytical with strong planning and administrative skills
